Class 1-206

A homework packet is given out on Mondays and it is expected to be completed and returned to school on Fridays. Each week, the students will practice ELA and Math skills. In addition, please make sure that your child is reading every night and that you are helping your child log the title of one book that you have read on the reading log. The student's reading log will be collected and added to their in school reading log. Families, thank you for your continued help and support! :)
This month for NYC Scholarship Month, we will be kicking off the Save for College Program in a very special way! On Thursday, January 11, 2024, an alumni from PS 85 will be visiting our school as he has committed to supporting our students in receiving a NYC Public Schools Alumni Community Scholarship for students in grade k to 2nd grade!  For every student who opens an account, he has invested $200 per student as a college investment and while serving as an amazing role model for our students.  Please join us on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 in the MLC (library). We hope to see you there!
