Every Monday, a homework packet will be sent out for the grade. The students are to work on it daily. I will also send out extra Math homework for fluency practice.

 

Students are to read every night for at least 15 minutes at home. Once they are finished, they can add the book to their reading logs.

 

Students should do I-Ready at least 45 minutes for the week.

Here is where reminders would go.

This month, we are working on Topic 5 subtracting within 100. Students will learn to subtract using a hundred chart, number line and many other strategies. Please continue to practice at home

This month, students are learning about how to solve disagreements by compromising. They are reading numerous stories that teach these vital lessons.
